Surface Preparation
The performance of Berger paints coating is directly impacted by the degree of surface preparation. Do ensure that the surface is dry, dust and gravel free before applying Berger Paint.
- Ensure that the surface is free from laitance.
- You can remove laitance by using a wire brush or sweep blast.
Application Details
- Assure good ventilation is in the room during the application and drying of the Berger Paint.
- Surface temperature should be 3°C or more above the dew point.
- Stir the paint thoroughly during and before use. Use a broad flat stirrer and an upward-lifting motion to stir the Emulsion paint.
- Do not apply when moisture and humidity exceed 85% and condensation can happen.
