Surface Preparation:
Make sure the surface is clear of any pollutants, dry, and clean. Bison Wood Preservative can be used to treat wood further.
Application Details:
Make sure there is enough airflow when applying and drying. When condensation is expected and humidity is more than 95%, avoid applying. Only coat surfaces when they are 3oC or more above dew point. Depending on the application technique, use a thinner of between 5% and 10%. Apply an even coat using a brush or roller, being careful to prevent runs and sags. There will need to be more than one coat.
Conventional Spray: Make use of standard spraying tools.
Tip Size for Airless Spray: 0.22-0.30 mm (0.009-0.01 in)
90130 kg/cm2 for tip pressure (1300-1800 psi)
