Application Data:

• Application techniques: brush, roller, traditional spray, or airless spray
• Solvalux 7-25 is thinner.
• Depending on the application technique, use 5% to 10% of the recommended thinning ratio (by vol.) for ease of application.

Surface Preparation & Application:
• The level of surface preparation has a direct impact on how well this coating performs.
• Make sure the surface is free of any pollutants, dry, and clean.
• The surface must be solid and laitance-free.
• Use a wire brush or a sweeping blast to remove laitance.

Note: Bison Fungicidal Solution should be used to cure fungus development. Plastaseal Penetrating Sealer should be used once it has dried.

Applications Details:
• Make sure there is enough airflow while drying and applying.
• If condensation is probable and the relative humidity is more than 85%, avoid applying.
• The surface temperature must be three degrees Celsius or more above dew point.
• Usage a broad, flat stirrer and vigorously lift the stirrer upwards to completely swirl the contents both before and during use.
• Apply a uniform coat with a brush or roller, being careful to prevent runs and sags. Two coats at least are advised.
• 2.8 to 3.0 kg/cm2 of anatomizing pressure should be used with standard spray equipment designed for low viscosity paints (40 - 45 psi).
• Aerosol Spray - 0.22 to 0.30mm tip size (0.009 – 0.012 in). Pressure at the tip: 100–140 kg/cm2 (1400 – 2000 psi)
