APPLICATION DATA.
The product can be applied by:
Roller: Recommended.
Brush: Recommended to paint corners and edges.
Spray: Airless spray or Conventional spray.
Guiding data for airless spray:
Nozzle tip 0.021–0.027".
Spray angle degrees 65–80°.
Pressure at nozzle 140 - 190 kg/cm ² (2100 psi).

CONDITIONS DURING APPLICATION:
When measured close to the substrate, the temperature should be at least 10 °C and at least 3 °C above the air's dew point. In small spaces, adequate airflow is typically needed to ensure proper drying.

DRYING TIMES:
1. The advice given is to repaint using the same type of general paint.
2. If more than one coat is applied, the number, order, and total thickness of the prior applications applied will all affect drying timeframes.
3. Prior to applying the next layer, the surface needs to be dry and clear of any contaminants.

The drying time is measured by stated values:
Relative Humidity (RH) 50 %
Substrate temperature: 10 °C 23 °C 40 °C.
Surface (touch) dry: 12 h 6 h 2h.
Hard dry: 16 h 8 h 4 h.
Dry to over coat, minimum: 12 h 6 h 2 h.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
The substrate must be solid, spotless, dry, and free of dust, laitance, oil, grease, and other contaminants. Form release agents and curing agents must be completely eliminated. Before application, a little sanding with the appropriate abrasive material is advised. Any resulting dust or loose debris must be taken out.
Suggested painting systems:
Primer: Fenomastic Emulsion Primer or PVA Primer 1 Coat.
Smoothening Coat: Stucco 2 Coats.
Topcoat: Fenomastic My Home Smooth Silk 2 Coats.
