Short Description

Gyproc Sealant is a water-based, ready to use, low VOC sealant. It is not difficult to apply and effectively seal external and internal joints between construction areas where there is stress. Gyproc Sealant is utilized for sealing airways to diminish air leakage and improve sound insulation. Gyproc Sealant cures at room temperature at surrounding moisture conditions and needs no surface pre-treatment or primer paint on most surface areas. Gyproc Sealant is available at an affordable price in the UAE, and buyers can also purchase them online.

  • 1 Liter Mastic Gun is additionally provided for usage with Gyproc Sealant.

Application

  • Appropriate for sealing joints; between ceilings and walls, in blockwork (where less movement is expected), around window frames, doors, and duct holes. And sealing ventilation grills.
  • Gyproc Sealant can be applied to porous substrates like metal, plasterboard, concrete, cement, plastics, wood and blockwork.
  • ASTM C475/C475M: Standard Specification for Joint Tape and Joint Compound for finishing gypsum board.
  • ASTM C834: Standard Specification for Latex Sealants.
