PollyDex Waterproof 20 Ltr

One pack elastomeric roof coating system, based on acrylic copolymer. Is flexible water proofing membrane with excellent solar heat reflection and atmospheric resistance. It has good adhesion and low flame spread properties. It contains antifungal and anti bacterial additives.

RECOMMENDED USE:

Waterproofing coating on cementitious, mosaic tiles, metal roofs, wooden
roofs & domes, for interior and exterior applications, where strong
protection required against water.

DRYING TIME @ 30˚C: Temperature, humidity, air movement, film thickness and number of coats all affect the drying time.

                                  Touch dry (hours) : 4 - 6
                                  Dry to recoat (hours) : 12 - 16.

APPLICATION DATA:

APPLICATION METHOD: Spray, Roller or long haired brush.

THINNING (VOLUME): Primer Coat: 1:1     Intermediate Coat: 2:1

THINNER / CLEANER: Water.

RECOMMENDED SYSTEM: (For metal, use suitable primer)

Primer Coat:   National Polydex.     : 1 coat

Intermediate Coat : National Polydex : 1 coat

Fix National Fibre Glass mesh while the first coat is wet, allow to dry Topcoat(s) : National Polydex : 1 - 2 coats

Without fibre mesh directly apply over dry intermediate coat
National Polydex : 2 coats
